Dr Najwa Rosli is a medical doctor, subspecializing in neuropsychiatry. She is also a psychotherapist, HRD Corp–accredited trainer, and former Associate Professorin local universities, who helps adults with ADHD transform dysregulation into focus, consistency, and real-world performance.

With almost 20 years of clinical and academic experience, she works daily in her clinic with ADHD professionals who appear capable and successful on the outside, yet privately struggle with overwhelm, unfinished tasks, emotional intensity, and inconsistent follow-through.

Beyond treating ADHD clinically, Dr Najwa also understands the experience personally, which gives her a unique perspective on how ADHD affects both performance and self-belief.

Drawing from neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy, and lived insight, she approached managing adult ADHD using the 6 ADHD Regulation Framework; a practical system designed to help adults understand their dysregulation patterns, regain control of focus and energy, and consistently finish what they start.
